The math: $25 donor + $50 match = $75 to programs. $100 donor + $200 match = $300. Stretch goal: $50K matched → $150K total program impact.
Where matched dollars go
- 40% → soup-kitchen meal service (covers a full Q1 2027)
- 25% → Dignity Dining Hall pilot launch
- 20% → translation hotline expansion (Portuguese + Mandarin)

How the match works

- Megabyte Labs (the for-profit) commits up to $25K matched, verified live in the ledger
- Recurring monthly pledges count toward the match (first month only)
- Square fees absorbed by the match pool — you give $X, programs receive $3X
