Friday evening prep + Saturday morning cook. ServSafe preferred. 200+ meals per service.
What you'll do
Walk-in cooler organization Friday 4pm-6pm; full kitchen cook 8am-12pm Saturday. Bring your own knife if you have one. We run two 4-burner ranges + a 60-quart kettle.
Requirements
- ServSafe Manager preferred
- Closed-toe non-slip shoes mandatory
- Long sleeves + hat or hair-net
- In-person Newark only
